X&O Books is Cypress and NW Houston's first and only brick-and-mortar romance independent bookstore and drink parlor. Designed by a Cypress native and third-generation Houstonian, we're proudly Texan, completely woman-owned and currently being built from the ground up. Our bookstore is being custom-built and curated with you in mind: shelves stocked with your favorite genres like Romantasy, Contemporary and Western. We're here for love stories that pop off the page and spice you'll be talking about long after the last chapter ends.
